You can do keto diets without damaging your kidneys if you do plant based keto. You can still include meat, just don't do ALL meat. You can still eat tofu and eat lupin beans on a keto diet these are the only 2 low carb beans. Pea protein isolate is also a great source of protein. Hemp and pumpkin seeds are also great sources of plant based protein, I take a hemp smoothie 5 day a week minimum, great source of magnesium. Los oxalate nuts like walnuts, macadamia, pistachios, and pecans. Just make sure and go for the low oxalate veggies like cabbage, kale, collard greens, water cress, broccoli, arugala, most lettuces, bok choi etc.... As far as oil, it's best to stick to extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil, with moderate amounts of grass fed butter. Calcium binds to oxalates, and flushes them out of your system. So good high quality organic low fat dairy with meals is a great idea, like kefir. You want to go with something fermented when it comes to dairy to cut back on the sugar (lactose).

Thought ill provide an update but I did screen record my video off my phone. The resolution only was affected with far away small things but noticeably different. I kind of compensated for it for sharpening it in my editor oh and it took several days to edit because my phone was buffering every 30 seconds for 2 second intervals. So I had to make 80 little snips of where those lag spikes were and replace it with smooth footage. Still on this 2 month saga on finding solutions

I understand exactly what you say about re-inhaling a small amount of exhaled air in the full face snorkel mask. However, I used to work in an environment where it was compulsory to wear a full face filtered air respirator. The filter was there to remove particulates which were in the air in the workplace before being breathed in. At times I would have that respirator in place for up to 2 hours. The air circulation system was (as far as I can see) identical to the snorkel mask, with 2 x one way flap valves for inhalation air and a single one way flap valve for exhaled air. The mask enclosed both mouth and nose, and the exhaled air exited the mask through the bottom of the unit keeping it separate from the combined eye protection lens to prevent fogging. I don't recall experiencing hypercapnia during use of this equipment, so why is there such an issue with the snorkel mask. (Obviously if there was to be an issue, being in water would make it more hazardous).

You can make as many words as you like in a single turn, but all the tiles you place must be on the same row or column without any blank spaces between. Yes, you do get points from ME and MADE, just as you would get points for both MADE and DARE if you placed the word above. You would not be able to play both MADE and MORE as at least two tiles you placed down do not share a column or row.
